‘I started my career with Norco Rural over thirty-five years ago when I accepted the position of administration clerk in the Grafton store. Since then I have worked in many areas within the store from Merchandise Sales Assistant to inventory ordering and control to Store Manager, all in the Grafton store. I remained in my position as Store Manager for over twenty five years. I recently moved into the role of Area Manager of the Southern Region. This role provides me with the many challenges that come with overseeing fifteen stores, and around sixty-five employees.
During my career with Norco Rural I have seen it grow into a company that is large enough to offer great career opportunities, such as I have experienced, but also remains focused on the values it encourages in its staff.
